How to create an account for the company?
Everyone can create an account on Nais for their team. To create an account, click here: app.nais.pl/#/register You will need your phone number, an e-mail, name and taxpayer identification number (NIP) of your company. When you accept Nais regulations, your account will be ready. Then you can invite your team members and colleagues.
How to invite employees on the platform?
You can invite your team to Nais by yourself. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “employees”. You can use the button “add an employee” and enter their data. Then, after you click on the button “save/invite without a bonus”, the invitation with an activation link will be sent to the employee.
Is it possible to switch off all the benefits existing on Nais?
Nais allows for the management of all benefits in the company. We can add each offer that is used by your team and it will be available for your company only. Contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the necessary details.
Why is Nais offer attractive for the employer?
Nais is a comprehensive platform, where you can reward and motivate all teams and individual employees. Offers available on Nais allow the employer to fund benefits that range from private healthcare to sport and culture. It gives employees the possibility to choose the benefit they most desire. Our partners cooperate with us, offering limited offers for their employees.
Can the company collect Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) electronic declarations, or the other documents and consents on Nais?
Our goal is an automation of HR processes always in accordance with the law. Nais gives a possibility to collect declarations about income from employees who want to join Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS). An employer can share documents, forms, regulations applied in the company to the employees and collect benefits and consents if the law allows for electronic form.
How to create a group of employees?
You can create any group from your team by yourself. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “groups”. Then click on the button “create a group”, and enter the name of the group e.g. “Runners” in the appropriate box. The system will ask you to choose a group administrator. You can choose them from the list of employees. Then, invite the employees to the group by clicking on their names. Now you have a group, manager and members of a group. You can grant additional bonuses and prizes.
What types of groups you can create on the platform?
You can divide the employees who have been already on Nais into different groups. Number of groups depends only on your needs. One employee can join many groups at the same time. You can add employees who are on the same positions, have a similar hobby, or working in the same project etc.
What types of bonuses are available on the platform?
You can choose the following bonuses:
Normal bonus – if you give it to the employee, costs for the company and income for the employee will appear when the employee purchases a selected service with received funds. Until this moment the employer is the owner of funds and can use them at their own discretion.
Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) bonus – if you want to grant funds from Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) to your employee.
Prize – as the name suggests, it is a prize, which you decide to grant to your employee. Only employees can use funds after they receive them (contrary to the normal bonus)
Single-use bonus – if you want to grant it to an employee, or a group of employees only once.
Monthly bonus – if you want to configure it as a repetitive bonus, and grant it to the employees every month until further notice.
Group bonus – a budget that you can give to the team manager. Within this amount, the manager can grant prizes to their employees by theirselves.
Can I reward employees only once?
Nais is a very flexible program. You can reward the employee as often as you want – or, only once.
Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?
In a basic version, Nais is a free programme for the employer.
How to grant a reward/bonus to the employee?
You can grant a bonus to the employee by yourself at any time and in any amount. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “bonuses”. Click on the button “create a bonus”, choose a type of bonus (from an available list), choose an amount, and an employee (or a group of employees) who should receive a bonus. Don’t forget to fill “information for the employee” box – it is your message for the employee. The employee will get a notification that they have received a prize; a bonus will also appear on their Nais account.
Can the employee pay extra with his funds?
Every user can pay with his private funds for any service on Nais. He can do it during the purchase, using electronic payments. He can also pay any amount on his Nais account and use it easily at any time.
How to grant a bonus for a group of employees?
You can grant a bonus to any group of employees by yourself, if you create it on Nais. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section „bonuses”. Click on the button „create a bonus”, configure it and choose a group of employees. Click „save” – employees will receive an e-mail with an information about the granted bonus.
How to grant a bonus for the team manager to reward his employees?
You can grant a bonus to the team manager. Then managers can choose for themselves, rewarding their employees and purchasing services on Nais for the whole team. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “bonuses”. Click on the button “create a bonus”, and choose “group bonus”. Give its amount in the form, save it and choose a person from the list of the employees. The manager of the budget will see the amount of the granted budget and its use in the section “group settlements”.
How to purchase an offer for employees?
A person who has a budget for a purchase in the form of a group bonus from the administrator can purchase an offer for the employees. During the purchase he will choose a type of funds (group bonus) to pay for the group service.
Can I use funds from Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) budget on Nais?
Nais provides a safe service of Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) in accordance with the law and company’s regulations.
How to set thresholds for groups used Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)?
You can set income thresholds for employees using Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) by yourself. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)”. First, the system will ask you for setting the thresholds in accordance with regulations. Then, upload a PDF file with Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) regulations. After that, you can invite employees to make a declaration.
Can the company pay with funds collected on Nais for the integration event?
Yes, the company can do it with funds collected on Nais. This kind of event has to be purchased from an offer of Nais partner. A person who has a group bonus, a budget that is used on behalf of the company, should pay for the event. An invoice attached to the settlement by the partner will be a confirmation of the purchase on Nais.
Are reports of using funds from the company’s budget available?
A report of using funds from the company’s budget is available in the section „settlements of the company” on the online platform. You can download it by yourself at any time.
How can I download a report?
You can download each report available on Nais by yourself. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section “settlements and reports”. Choose a settlement or a report, define a period, which you want to figure in a report and click “download a report”. You will find the document in .xls format in downloaded documents.
What is the minimal amount of granted funds on bonuses?
An amount of a bonus granted to the employee on Nais depends on the decision by the employer.
How can the company account for funds transferred on Nais?
A trading ticket documents each payment of funds on Nais. At any time the company may demand return of deposit, which haven’t been donated to employees yet. This kind of withdrawal is also documented by a trading ticket.
Who issues a PIT for employees for granted bonuses on Nais?
Granted and purchased bonuses are incomes of employees on Nais and subjected to tax and ZUS fees (in accordance with the law). The employer issues PIT.
How can I grant funds for the integration?
You can grant funds for the integration to any group of employees. If you don’t have any groups on Nais, first you should create a group. In a side menu, visible for the employer, you will find a section „groups”. Then click on the button „create a group”, and enter the name of the group e.g. „Runners” in the appropriate box. Then choose a section „Integration” and „Create an integration” from a side menu. Choose an account from which you want to grant funds and enter an amount. You will be asked for a few words of information to the team manager. Then choose one or more groups, and it is done.
To whom can I grant funds for the integration?
You can grant funds for the integration to any group of employees, which you created on Nais.
What type of offers can I purchase from funds for the integration?
You can choose offers from the category “Team integration” on the side menu.
How do I know that my team has received funds for the integration?
You will receive an e-mail with information about granted funds for the integration. After logging into Nais, you will see a section “Integration account” in the top menu, where you can easily check an amount of funds granted to your group.
Can the granted funds for the integration be withdrawn?
Employer can withdraw funds from Nais at any time.
Do I have to be a team manager to receive funds for the integration?
Yes, you should be a team manager to receive funds for the integration because funds are granted for the particular team, not for a single person as in the case of bonuses.
How can I inform my team members about the integration? Can I do it on Nais?
The team manager, who has funds on their Nais account, receives information about funds for the integration. Currently, it is not possible to send information to the group members on Nais.
How to create an account?
Everyone can create an account on Nais for their team (even if it consists of 3 people). Each account is individual and belongs to the person who created it. When you create an account you have to give your name, position and taxpayer identification number (NIP) of your company.
How to activate an account?
If your company has invited you to Nais, you will find an activate link on your e-mail. Click the link on your e-mail, give your login (you have it on e-mail), choose a password, accept regulations and use Nais.
When was the bonus granted?
The bonus was granted if the employer has configured and prepaid it on Nais. You will receive an e-mail from Nais, which will be also visible on your Nais account.
How to redeem funds granted by the employer?
You can redeem funds granted by the employer on Nais. Choose any service, during the purchase a system will collect the amount from your Nais account. What if you don’t have enough funds? You can easily pay extra with your own funds, using electronic payments.
Can I pay extra with my own funds?
You can pay for the purchase on Nais with your private funds at any time, using electronic payments. There is no extra chargé for online payments.
How to purchase a bonus?
It is easy, you purchase offers on Nais, pay for them with funds that you received from the employer as a bonus. System charges an appropriate amount from your Nais account.
What can the employee purchase on a platform?
You can choose any offer available on Nais. If you participate in Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) and your company grants you bonuses from this budget, you can only purchase offers in accordance with ZFŚS regulations in your company and the polish law. This type of offers is marked on Nais as the offer available from ZFŚS funds.
Can the employee purchase on Nais something for his family or friends?
You can share your purchases with whomever you want.
Can I give someone a gift by using offers on Nais?
You can give each offer, which you purchase on Nais to another person from your company, who use Nais, as a gift. After the purchase, click on „give as a gift”. Nais will ask you for a name and e-mail of the person receiving the gift. Done! A receiver will be informed about it by e-mail. He will also see a gift on his desktop on Nais. Have fun.
What is a whipround?
Every user can organise a whipround together with his coleaugues from the company on Nais for different occasions such as birthday, name day, childbirth, or anniversary etc. You invite selected people to a whipround and define its amount. Users join whipround voluntarily and transfer funds from their Nais account. The organiser purchases an offer on Nais from collected funds and gives it as a gift to selected person.
Does the partner have an account on Nais?
We invite our partners to create company’s accounts on Nais. It helps them to follow an online development of the platform and compare the offer, which are shared to users. Finally our every partner can use Nais for free and reward his employees and co-workers.
Who can become a Nais partner?
We try to do our best to fit the offer to our users needs. We invite to the cooperation only reliable partners who provide top-quality services. Our clients and their employees are important to us.
What benefits has a partner, who cooperates with Nais?

Does the partner get statistics from the purchases of his offers?
We sum up every month of the cooperation with a report that documents purchases on Nais. Our partners can get insight into reports and other documents online.
